New Classes at Shakti Power Yoga

I am happy to announce that I will begin teaching two new classes at Shakti Power Yoga starting this week!

Tues. 7:15 - 8:30pm Yin Yoga  (Learn more about Yin here - It is wonderful!)

Wed. 9:15 -10:45am Shakti Power Flow - Heated Vinyasa

I am so honored that my friends Kelly and Lauren Farina have invited me to teach in their brand new studio, Shakti Power Yoga. This Music Row studio is cool, beautiful, and the mission behind it is one dedicated to sharing peace, love, and gratitude for the many spiritual and physical gifts of yoga! I am very happy to be joining this team and hope to see you all soon for Tues. night Yin and Wed. morning Power Flow!
