New Yoga Classes!

Starting May 1st, I will be teaching at Hot Yoga Plus!

Hot Yoga Plus used to be known as Hot Yoga Nashville and has recently rebranded and expanded! All of my classes will be at the Nashville location on Elliston Place. 
               
                                Tues. 9:30 - 11:00am - Power Flow Plus                    
Tues. 5:30 - 6:45pm- Power Flow
     Thurs. 9:30 - 11am- Power Flow Plus

 These classes will be heated Vinyasa Yoga classes. The Power Flow will be a dynamic Vinyasa Flow class heated to 85 - 90 degrees. The Power Flow Plus will be slightly hotter and incorporate more static holds and strengthening postures into the flow. All of these classes will balance the range of physical intensity to allow all students to explore their own unique practices!
