Join Daryn & Rebecca at the beautiful Scarritt Bennett center in Nashville, TN a day Yoga Immersion to tap into you the will of your heart and embody that strength and goodness in all aspects of your life!
This amazing day of Yoga will include a heart opening strengthening posture practice, a super relaxing restorative/yin session to soothing live Cello music, a labyrinth meditation, flower-filled garden side yoga, work with mudra and mantra to expand your practice, a special session led by the very talented poet, Ciona Rouse, to help you tap into the will of your heart and find courage and support to go for whatever your dreams may be, and a yoga philosophy introduction and discussion on Avidya - false perception - to help you see where you can break through your barriers, find the truth, and move toward your highest potential!

Coffee, teas, and a delicious and healthy lunch will be provided prepared by the chef at Scarritt Bennett.
