Join us for a special Candlelit Yoga class at Shakti Power Yoga Sunday December 16th. This two  hour long class will be a mixture of sweet flow and Yin especially designed to help you unwind and reconnect during the Holiday season. All are invited! This class will be suitable for yogis and yoginis of all levels as modifications will be given. Give yourself the gift of Yoga, time to nourish, be present, relax, and recharge by the beautiful glow of candle light.
