Join us for an uplifting seasonal practice of 108 Sun Salutations to rejuvenate and recharge as we enter a new Summer season! The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year, full of sunlight, and also marks the first official day of Summer! By practicing 108 Sun Salutations at this time we can invite fresh perspectives, reflect, and align our intentions with what serves us the best as we move through this beautiful, fluid practice! During this workshop, you will learn much more about the meaning behind the symbolic number 108, the energetic and astronomical components of the Summer Solstice, and be invited to let this practice be personally meaningful to you in whatever way you need it to be through the setting of intentions! We will divide 108 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar A) into four rounds of 27. There will be plenty of time between rounds for breaks and modifications will be given! This pace of this practice is set by the rhythm of your own breath cycle, so it truly is available for ALL levels!
