I am continuing the One Oh! Eight practice at Kali Yuga Yoga with a
Spring Equinox practice! Come celebrate the Spring Equinox with us through this
wonderful and inspiring yoga practice! The Spring Equinox is a moment of near
equality in the lengths of day and night. It also marks the beginning of a new
Spring. The Spring equinox offers us a rare time to simultaneously relish in a
moment of astronomical balance and equanimity and also to embrace our movement
into a brand new season. With the energy of Spring already feeling like it is
budding up around us, the 108 practice is a wonderful way to bring some of
this refreshment and rejuvenation into your life and practice. 

 This yoga practice will consist of 108 synchronized Sun Salutations and
be suitable for yogis of ALL levels. It will be broken down into four rounds of
Sun Salutations with plenty of time for breaks and rest in between each
round.

 I am incredibly grateful to be continuing this amazing practice and hope to see
