Music City Yoga Fest

It was truly an honor to be a part of the 2014 Music City Yoga Festival! The event was incredibly fun and a huge success! It was wonderful to see so much of Nashville's thriving and diverse Yoga community in one place. Being able to teach the Yin class was a beautiful experience for which I am very grateful. Thanks to the wonderful yogis and yoginis who practiced and participated! The classes were all fantastic and the market-place area provided a cool space to relax and hangout. The event also accomplished the amazing feat of raising over $10,000 for the Africa Yoga Project and Small World Yoga!
