Join us for a Foundations of Flow workshop at the Unity Yoga Room! This workshop will be perfect for beginners. We will breakdown the fundamentals of the most commonly seen yoga poses in the Vinyasa Flow tradition, explain breath-based movements, and address any questions you may have! Absolutely no previous yoga experience required. If you have always wanted to try yoga, but have been hesitant to jump right in to group classes, this will be great for you and give you a confident foundation! Yogis looking to deepen an existent practice will benefit from information on pose variations, transitioning, and mindfulness techniques! With strong foundations and knowledge, we can grow, find freedom and ease, and have some fun in the process!
