Join us for a second round of our special Candlelight Sweet Flow plus Yin Yoga practice at Shakti Power Yoga! This Friday evening practice will be a mixture of sweet flow, Yin, and beginner friendly meditation to allow you to tune-in to the present moment, dive deeper into your practice, and nourish yourself with the gift of yoga. The room will be surrounded in beautiful candlelight creating a perfectly serene atmosphere for relaxation and renewal. This class will be suitable for yogis and yoginis of all levels as modifications will be given. Bring a friend to share in the experience with you! Unwind, reconnect, and enjoy some of the sweeter elements of your yoga practice in the peaceful glow of candlelight!
