Kali Yuga Yoga
Friday September 21, 2012
6:30pm - 8:30pm
The Fall Equinox is a time of near balance in the hours of day and night.
It is a time to honor the past, open to the future, and immerse yourself in the present.
The One Oh! Eight is a powerful and harmonious practice that sets a beautiful tone to start off
the new season!
The evening will consist of 108 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskara
A) divided into 4 rounds of 27 with breaks in between rounds. It
is amazing how this practice can hold so many different elements; physically
challenging, meditative, introspective, and communal! All levels of yogis are
welcome and encouraged to come! Modifications will be given and the personal
nature of this practice allows it to be accessible to all.
If you have taken part in the One Oh! Eight practice before, invite a friend to share in the
Hope to see you all there!
