Liz and I very excited to partner together to teach an Arm Balances and Inversions
Workshop at Shakti Power Yoga!
In this workshop we will breakdown the fundamentals of both arm balances and inversions in an
approachable and light-hearted way. These poses tend to be some of the most intimidating poses we encounter in our practices, but with some education and practice they are quite accessible and lots of fun! Beginners are welcome! This workshop will be great for students looking to find their foundations in these poses and for those who are looking to refine their practices through more advanced options. With Liz and I co-teaching, you can expect to receive ample one-on-one attention and get two different, yet complimentary, perspectives on many of the poses you see in a typical vinyasa or power flow class setting. We will begin with a nice warm-up flow, play first with
arm balances, then inversions, and put it all together in a fun, dynamic vinyasa! We will cool down with a bit of gentle yin and end the evening with time for questions. It is sure to be a great time, so join us!
